Why it matters

A practical plan makes it easier to show up for your family and yourself.

How coaching works

You get a plan. You get a coach. You keep moving.

No generic PDF and no disappearing after day one. This is working-dad coaching built around the week in front of you.

01

We start with your actual life.

Kennedy connects with you personally to understand your goals, your work and family rhythm, and what you want training to help you do outside the gym.

02

Your plan fits your week—not someone else's.

Your personalized workout plan is built around your schedule, the equipment you have, and real life. Garage, backyard, gym, or a small window after bedtime—your sessions are built to be useful where you are.

03

You hear from your coach during the week.

Kennedy checks in several times each week, and you get one phone check-in every week. You can also submit form checks for coaching feedback, so you are not left guessing about your movement.

04

When life changes, the plan changes.

Trips, vacations, busy weeks, and schedule changes can mean shorter or reworked workouts—not falling off. We keep the next move clear, even when the week gets loud.

05

Training support includes the basics that matter.

Nutrition guidance is included as practical support alongside your training. We keep the conversation grounded in habits that work with a full household and a full calendar.

Built for Queens. Built for dads.

Meet the coach

Built by an athlete. Designed for real dad life.

I've been an athlete my entire life, including competing in Division I baseball. Training at that level taught me how to build strength, speed, mobility, and resilience through smart programming—not wasted effort.

That drive led me to earn my ISSA Personal Training Certification and coach people with the same precision and accountability I learned as a collegiate athlete. Today, my focus is helping busy dads stay strong, capable, and athletic while balancing work, family, and everything else.

I'm a father too. I know the challenge isn't finding another two hours in the day—it's making the time you have count. Queens Dad Tank delivers efficient, purposeful training for real life: stronger lifts, better movement, more energy, and the ability to keep up with the people who count on you.

The why

Train for the people who count on you.

This is not about disappearing into the gym. It is about having the strength and energy to stay present for fatherhood.

15-Minute Parent Strength

A simple coaching system for staying consistent.

01 / TRAIN

Garage-and-backyard sessions with a clear purpose.

Follow concise strength sessions built around squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and rotate. Bodyweight and minimal-equipment options keep the setup easy when time is tight.

15:00

A focused warm-up, useful work, and a finish that fits your day.

02 / MOVE

Mobility that makes daily life easier

Target hips, shoulders, ankles, and the stiff spots that make carrying, reaching, and getting down to the floor feel harder than they should.

03 / BUILD

Coaching when clips aren’t enough

Coaching turns individual sessions into a realistic plan with guidance, accountability, and a clear next step. Everfit handles your client setup, workouts, check-ins, coaching, and card-based recurring package enrollment.
